Directions for use with Foot Pain

Arthritis, plantar fasciitis, diabetic neuropathy

Foot pain is a very, very common complaint. The development of arthritis in the feet can be expected to develop in essentially all persons, becoming symptomatic in women at an earlier age than men, due to the use of uncomfortable but fashionable shoes. Arthritis is usually most pronounced in the great toe, but it can involve any and all toes.

Plantar Fasciitis is a common yet difficult problem treat. Often expensive orthotics are prescribed, oral anti-inflammatory medications may help, yet there are limitations and risks.

Diabetic neuropathy manifests as a burning, searing pain in the feet and toes. Worsening with age, there are some medications that provide substantial relief, often at substantial cost and with substantial side-effect profiles.

	NOTE WELL: I have been very successful in treating patients with arthritis, plantar fasciitis and diabetic neuropathy with the transdermal "KINK-EASE™." Recommended method of application: Generally, I have my patients apply 1/4 tsp to the top and bottom of one foot, massaging it in. After a moment or two, wipe off any excess, transfer it to the other foot, apply more (if necessary) and rub it in.
Plantar Fasciitis
	KINK-EASE™ can be very helpful in the treatment of plantar fasciitis. The plantar fascia is the tight band of tissue, or ligament that connects the heel to the fore foot. It can be damaged through routine walking, running, and weight bearing on the fore-foot.
	The proper application of KINK-EASE™ can be accomplished by rubbing 1/4 tsp in the soft area of the foot, between the heel and the forefoot. It should be applied 3 to 4 times, daily, but the most important times are: first thing in the morning and last thing, at bed time.
